How many IPs do I get, and are they shared or dedicated?

Each Cari.net Dedicated Server comes with one IP address. Additional IPs can be added easily through your customer billing and administration panel. You are free to use your IPs as shared IPs or dedicated IPs, and there is no limit to the number of IPs you may have per server (though you must complete an IP justification form to obtain additional IPs).

4Mbps? 10Mbps or 100Mbps ports? Shared? Burstable? Help!

Each Cari.net server comes with a dedicated 100Mbps ports and includes 1300GB of throughput. All servers are connected to our 100% Cisco-switched network. Bandwidth/Throughput billing is done on average usage, and not on peak usage. This means you will save big by shopping with Cari.net when it comes to bandwidth usage. And should you go over the 1300GB’s which is included, we only bill you for the amount you go over.

If you need more bandwidth, Cari.net offers several unmetered and burstable bandwidth plans to fit your needs.

Do you offer DNS services?

Simple DNS is available to all Cari.net customers for FREE. Advanced DNS service (more granular control) is available for $1 per month per domain. The advanced DNS service allows you to control every aspect of your domain’s DNS, including the reverse-IP address.
