Call Center Manager / Support Manager

Position Description:

ComplexDrive, a CariNet company, is looking for an experienced Call Center / Support Center manager to help augment our ever growing support needs. The Customer Service division is responsible for support a wide variety of customer from shared hosting, dedicated servers, colocation, and advanced services such as load balancing and security services with our five facilities at CariNet.

If you have previous experience in managing a support organization or call center, and are well-versed in current network technologies, CariNet offers a challenging and rewarding career opportunity for you.

The ideal candidate will have experience in this field, as well as initiative, an appetite for knowledge, and be willing to spend the time it takes to get the job done.

This is a supervisory position (team lead) and organizational/project management skills are required. Excellent documentation skills are a must!
