CARI.net provides all levels of System Administration to accommodate the level of service you require because our success and growth is dependent on yours! Standard Support is included with all servers and provides Basic Monitoring, Semi-Annual security Audit, Troubleshooting, and 24/7 Customer Service via phone, chat, email and case system . You can focus on your line of business becasue CARI.net also provides complete server, cluster and cloud management plans as Level 1, 2, and 3 as well as on a per-quote basis.
IP Addresses
Adding IP addresses is easy, and you may purchase as many IP addresses as you legitimately require for your dedicated hosting needs.
To order up to 7 additional IPs for your non-clustered dedicated server, simply add them to your server in your CARI.net control panel. Subnets are only assigned to clouds and clusters and require a private VLAN.
Monitoring Service
We offer two levels of server monitoring for your peace of mind and to cover the level of technical assistance you require.
Both options give you the security of knowing that an engineer has verified the alert before you are notified of an issue. Rest assured we are watching your server even when you cannot. Five-minute response with no false alarms – guaranteed!
