Innovators & Automators
The Cari.net Management team is as distinctive as it is diverse. Manning each of the operational groups within the company are individuals who are seasoned technology and IT professional from many different backgrounds and areas of expertise. While most companies senior staff members are required to juggle many areas of focus, our roles are clearly defined and ensure that we are always able to keep the customer’s interests in mind.
Business Strategy and Planning
All business planning and future development for the company is handled by our CEO & President, Joe McMillen. Mr. McMillen’s provides guidance, business knowledge, and direction when and where it is needed. As with all things Internet, our business is ever evolving. It is the charge of our CEO to keep us two steps ahead of the market.
Sales & Marketing
All sales and outbound communication from the company is headed up by our VP of Sales and Marketing, Chris Orlando. Along with his staff, he drives sales for the organization, fields all incoming customer inquiries and provides all pre-sales support of our ever growing customer base.
Operations
As Cari.net’s day-to-day operations expand into more facilities and countries than ever before, the role of COO falls upon Mark Ortenzi. From an operational standpoint Mark and his team ensure that Cari.net’s resources are allocated and utilized to the maximum of their abilities. From installations to migrations, Cari.net’s Operation Group is ultimately responsible for delivering our Core Services to our customers each and every day.
Service and Support
All services and support divisions report directly to the CTO of Cari.net, Steve Wallace. With future planning being handled by the CEO, and sales and marketing efforts being dealt with down the chain of command, Mr. Wallace is 100% focused on the service and support sides of this organization. While the title of CTO does garner an office in the executive wing of the facility, a stroll past this office will often prove unproductive, as Mr. Wallace spends 90% of his day in his home away from home, the Cari.net support call center. Other duties include overseeing network operations, interacting with vendors, and ensuring that our promise of 5 Star support is met every single day.
The End Result
With each distinct department focused 100% on a specific goal, our company experiences efficiencies and success where others falter. This success is passed onto our customers, and in the end everyone wins.
